Our Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, your deposit will be retained.
- If you cancel up to 28 days before arrival, there are no additional cancellation costs.
- Cancellation within 27 to 15 days before arrival will incur a fee of 40% of the total amount booked.
- if canceled within 14 - 8 days prior to arrival, a fee of 60% of the total amount booked will be charged.
- Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 70% of the total amount booked.
- in the event of early departure or late arrival, a fee of 100% of the total amount booked will be charged.
